Cancellation Policy

In event of cancellation 2 day leadership course 1. if cancelling a 2 day leadership course: (a)£100 of the fee paid is considered the registration fee and is non-refundable. (b) cancellation between 0 and 30 days prior to the booked event date : No refund of the remaining balance (c)cancelling more than 30 days before the event . Remain balance (i.e. less £100 registration fee) 2. Rescheduling - more than 30 days notice required 1-2-1 Coaching sessions (a) If you have purchased a block booking package, full refunds are offer if cancelled within 30 days of paying for the package and n0 121 sessions have taken place. (b) once coaching session begin and booked in the diary, you will loose credit for a session in the package if less than 48 hours notice is given to cancelled a session.
